1. Service Description
PipelineAI provides autonomous outreach agents designed for business-to-business sales prospecting. By using our service, you agree to comply with all local and international anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
2. Acceptable Use
Users are prohibited from using PipelineAI for harassment, illegal marketing, or deceptive practices. You must provide a valid physical address and a clear unsubscribe mechanism in all communications dispatched by our agents.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI agents is provided via 3rd-party large language models. While PipelineAI implements safety filters, the user is ultimately responsible for any content sent through their account.
4. Sending Domain Registration
PipelineAI registers and manages dedicated sending domains on behalf of the client for use in outreach campaigns. These domains are selected in collaboration with the client (typically a branded prefix or postfix variation of the client's primary domain). Domain ownership is transferable to the client upon request at no additional cost. Until transferred, PipelineAI retains registrant control solely for the purpose of managing DNS, authentication records, and email infrastructure.
5. Campaign Optimisation
PipelineAI reserves the right to adjust your monthly Pipeline volume (including send pacing, daily limits, and new-contact allocation) at any time in order to optimise campaign performance and deliverability. Adjustments are made in the interest of maximising results — for example, slowing volume to protect sender reputation or reallocating effort toward follow-up when new-contact availability tapers. You will be notified of any material changes to your Pipeline's operating parameters.
6. Limitation of Liability
PipelineAI acts as a workflow automation platform. We are not liable for any business losses, inbox deliverability issues, or legal escalations resulting from your outreach campaigns.
