PipelineAI collects business-related information necessary to power its autonomous sales agents. This includes publicly available contact information, business names, and website URLs found via our Discovery Agents.

2. AI Processing & Personalization

Our AI agents use advanced technology to analyze gathered company data. This processing is strictly for the purpose of creating personalized communication. Leads processed through PipelineAI are never used to train third-party AI models.

3. Tracking & Geo-Analytics

We implement pixel-based tracking to provide users with open and click rates. We process IP addresses via the IP2Location database to provide geographic insights to our users.

4. Data Security

All account configurations, SMTP credentials, and lead databases are stored using industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not sell lead data to third-party aggregators.
