1. Information Collection
PipelineAI collects business-related information necessary to power its autonomous sales agents. This includes business contact information, company names, and website URLs identified through our Discovery and Harvester Agents.
2. AI Processing & Personalization
Our AI agents use advanced technology to analyze gathered company data. This processing is strictly for the purpose of creating personalized communication. Leads processed through PipelineAI are never used to train third-party AI models.
3. Tracking & Geo-Analytics
We implement pixel-based tracking to provide users with open and click rates. We process IP addresses via the IP2Location database to provide geographic insights to our users.
4. Data Security
All account configurations, SMTP credentials, and lead databases are stored using industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not sell lead data to third-party aggregators.
5. Domain Registration & Ownership
PipelineAI registers dedicated sending domains on behalf of each client for use in outreach campaigns. Domain registration details (registrant name, contact information) are protected using WHOIS privacy services. PipelineAI retains registrant control solely for managing DNS records, email authentication, and sending infrastructure. Clients may request full ownership transfer of their sending domain at any time at no additional cost. Upon account termination, clients will be offered the option to transfer their domain before it is decommissioned.
